Payne Dominant in USMTS Stop at LA Raceway

The A Main redraw placed Jeremy Payne on the outside of row two for the start of the USMTS Main event Friday night at LA Raceway. He did not stay there long. Before ten laps were complete, Payne had hustled his GRT Race Car around Zack VandeerBeek and to the front of the pack. He was never challenged again, as he picked up his third USMTS win in the series tenth contested feature at Mike and Carolyn White's 3/8 mile oval.
