Each week, RacinDirt insiders rank their top 20 drivers based on United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) and United States Racing Association (USRA) results and competition. The results are then tabulated and ranked based upon total points earned from participating voters for the racing week. The "racing week" runs from Monday thru Sunday night. This week, a total of 7 of 10 participants submitted their ballot.
